此组双旗开国纪念币十文，正面中央以两面交叉的旗帜图案为核心，寓意着共和与民主新时代的开启。旗帜上方，“中华民国” 四个大字醒目突出，下方则是 “开国纪念币” 的字样，字体刚劲有力，尽显那个时代的精神风骨。背面外圈环绕着一串精致的连叶纹装饰，中央是嘉禾图案与 “十文” 字样，嘉禾纹环绕，麦穗饱满、叶片舒展，寓意五谷丰登、国富民安，连叶纹与正面呼应，设计精巧。整体设计巧妙融合了中华传统文化的韵味与现代币制的元素。This set of Double-Flag Founding Commemorative Coins, denominated as "Shi Wen" (Ten Cash Coins), takes the pattern of two crossed flags in the center of the obverse as its core, symbolizing the beginning of a new era of republicanism and democracy. Above the flags, the four large characters "中华民国" (Republic of China) are prominent and striking, while below the flags are the characters "开国纪念币" (Founding Commemorative Coin)—the font is bold and forceful, fully reflecting the spiritual style of that era. On the reverse, the outer ring is surrounded by a string of exquisite leaf-linked patterns, and the center features a Jiahe pattern (pattern of grain ears) and the characters "十文" (Ten Cash Coins). Surrounded by the Jiahe pattern, the plump wheat ears and spreading leaves symbolize a bumper harvest and national prosperity with people’s security.
