咸丰元宝当百，为清代咸丰年间铸行的大钱。铜质古朴，钱文端庄大气，背面镌 “当百” 及满文宝苏纪局，既体现彼时货币形制特点，又承载清代货币史与铸造工艺研究价值，是古钱币收藏中颇具代表性的品类。Xianfeng Yuanbao (Large-Denomination Copper Coin) with a Denomination of 100 Cash. Minted during the Xianfeng Reign of the Qing Dynasty, it is a type of large-denomination ancient copper coin. Featuring a primitive copper texture and dignified, imposing calligraphy on its surface, the reverse side of the coin is engraved with the Chinese characters "Dang Bai" (indicating a denomination equivalent to 100 standard cash coins) and Manchu script marking the "Baosu Mint" (one of the official mint bureaus of the Qing Dynasty).This coin not only reflects the monetary shape and system characteristics of that era, but also bears important research value for the study of Qing Dynasty monetary history and coin-casting technology.
