全国山河一片红”印样极少，存世量更少，被集邮家视为珍邮。由于当时邮票上的地图印刷存在重大错误，全国山河一片红发售没多久，就被勒令回收。而一部分流入市场的则成为如今市场上的珍稀品。而根据资料显示，2012年5月21日，“全国山河一片红”在中国嘉德2012春季拍卖会“邮品”专场中，以730.25万人民币的价格成交，创出中国单枚邮票拍卖新纪录。The printing proofs of the "All China Ablaze with Revolution" stamp are extremely rare, with even fewer specimens surviving to this day, making them highly prized among philatelists. Due to a major error in the map printing on the stamp, its sale was promptly halted and orders were issued for its recall shortly after its release. However, a portion of the stamps that had already entered the market have now become rare treasures. According to records, on May 21, 2012, at the "Stamps" session of China Guardian's 2012 Spring Auction, a specimen of the "All China Ablaze with Revolution" stamp was sold for RMB 7,302,500, setting a new record for the auction price of a single Chinese stamp.
