刘瑞，1979生于辽宁营口，现居北京。毕业于鲁迅美术学院国画系，从事美术教学多年，中国美术家协会辽宁分会会员，营口市美术家协会理事，北京宋庄艺术家党支部活动基地特聘画家，北京巴特尔书画院副秘书长。省市各届美展获奖数次，全国美展入选两次。作品被国内、日本、马来西亚、新加坡以及东欧国家收藏。Liu Rui, born in Yingkou, Liaoning in 1979, currently resides in Beijing. Graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, engaged in art teaching for many years, member of Liaoning Branch of China Artists Association, director of Yingkou Artists Association, specially appointed painter of Beijing Songzhuang Artist Party Branch Activity Base, and deputy secretary-general of Beijing Batel Painting and Calligraphy Academy. Has won several awards in provincial and municipal art exhibitions, and has been selected twice in national art exhibitions. The works have been collected in China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Eastern European countries.
