程十发（1921-2007），上海金山枫泾人，名潼，斋名有步鲸楼、三釜书屋等。他长期担任上海画院院长，是中外闻名的艺术家，山水画笔墨精湛。其书法融草、篆、隶于一体。画作早年受陈老莲影响，后融合多家画风，别具趣味。晚年花鸟画灵动明艳，构图新颖，曾任多职。Cheng Shifa (1921-2007), hailing from Fengjing, Jinshan, Shanghai, had the given name Tong and used studio names such as Bujing Lou and Sanfu Shuwu. As a long-serving president of the Shanghai Chinese Painting Academy, he was a renowned artist both in China and abroad, noted for his exquisite brushwork in landscape painting. His calligraphy seamlessly blended cursive, seal, and clerical scripts. Influenced by Chen Laolian in his early years, he later integrated diverse painting styles, creating uniquely captivating works. In his later years, his flower-and-bird paintings were marked by vivid colors, innovative compositions, and fluid techniques, and he held multiple prestigious positions.
